FARMING
Vitality Fruits harvests farm land throughout Ephesus, Turkey. We have taken the time to create farming methods that implement responsible and environmentally friendly operations in the field. We harvest in orchards within close proximity. This helps us use less gas in our vehicles and equipment during operations. Targeted spray systems and zero tillage aid in soil efficiency at a low cost for the environment. We also take into account the materials and tools used to transport products from the field to our production facilities, using reusable or recyclable boxes and containers.
Production Facility
Our production facility has been outfitted with a state-of-the-art stainless steel pack line, motion sensor lighting, and solar panels used to displace nearly 100% of the company’s electricity. With the ultimate goal of minimizing waste, our facility’s water is filtered and reused for irrigation in our fields. In order to maintain an eco-friendly operation, we ensure that our facility runs as efficiently as possible.
Labor Management
Here at Vitality Fruits we believe happy and motivated employees create better products. We take the time to nuture and facilitate an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to do their best work. Within our packing facilities we train and promote our workers so they can do their jobs effectively and safely. We take into account safety guidelines and stay accountable for ensuring that all employees have a clean and safe work environment.
