Quince

Quince grown in cold climates, has nice yellow looking, fragrant and heavy. It’s peels and flesh parts are hard and leaves sour taste in mouth when eaten. Turkey is the top country in the Quince production world ranking where one-quarter of Quince producing is also capable. Quince production especially made in Mediterranean, Aegean and Central Black Sea region. Its colour transforming from yellow to green and it has sour taste which is between peach and apple tastes.
